Thanks to everyone there at Diedrich (Michael, Tim, Denise, Greg, Jeri Lynn, etc. etc.) who has helped us make this tranistion to the IR -12. We will make some final adjustments over the next couple of days. Then we should be able to once again achieve the roast profiles we had developed on the IR-3. I am delighted to have the IR -12 in place. I get to see my family a lot more than when we were doing all of our roasting on the IR-3. Best wishes, and thanks very much for staying in touch. We really appreciate working with Diedrich, and look forward to a long partnership with you all.

We are in our 5th year of operations with our Diedrich IR-12 and are very happy. Our business is growing and our roaster is the centerpiece of our operation. We are looking forward to expanding to a larger machine and afterburner sometime in the next year or two.
