Diedrich CR-Series Automated Control Systems
Diedrich Manufacturing has a new Level 2 Automation Roasting Control System, which provides the roast master the ability to record and duplicate all roasting profile parameters for superior quality and consistency. The Diedrich Level 2 Automation System actually records the roast batch size, roasting time, air and bean temperature, along with the air flow velocity in (15) second increments. The frequency of these critical roast profile elements is recorded in much shorter increments than any other control system available. The result being an actual duplication of the roast profile, as opposed to other control systems that cycle through 2 or 3 phases attempting to near simulate the desired roast profile. In the Diedrich Level 2 Automation System, the roast profile information is recorded and stored in a built in database for immediate and exact roast profile duplication. The result being a data base library of over 100 roast profiles to choose form, which can be pulled out of the system memory and duplicated with exact consistency. The Diedrich Level 2 Automation Control System also provides the roast master the ability to edit roast profiles or use the save as feature to duplicate similar roast profiles off line. The Diedrich Level 2 Control System will provide the roast master with a unique point of difference of quality and consistency for their coveted customer.
