We were included in Kenneth Davids Coffee Review for espresso blends in his September 2005 review. I am thrilled to share that we received a rating of 92 on one of my espresso blends. There was only one other espresso that rated higher than ours. I truly believe our great coffees are due to our Diedrich IR-12, specialty green beans, and our passion for exceptional coffee.

I am happy to report that my IR-3 tabletop roaster is up and running perfectly. I am getting incredibly consistent roasts even with notoriously uneven coffees such as Ethiopian Harrar.
The roaster is quite user friendly and, as such, the roast profiles have been easy to dial in and adjust when needed.
