Designed to destruct pollutants (VOCs, PMs, CO) from coffee roasters up to 95% efficiency at operating temperatures between 1200 and 1600º F.

Catalytic Oxidizer

Designed to destruct pollutants (VOCs, PMs, CO) from coffee roasters up to 98% efficiency between 640 and 750º F.

Born From a Passion for the Process, the People, and the Perfect Roast

Coffee has shaped the world since humans first discovered this “magical fruit.”

Coffee is a luxurious experience of exploration, community, and pleasure. It has brought people and families together for centuries, including the Diedrich family.

From humble beginnings in the early 1900s on a small coffee plantation in Costa Rica, the Diedrich family fell in love with coffee. Through generations of dedication to developing new techniques for growing, harvesting, and roasting, the Diedrich family fully embraced all aspects of the art of coffee.

Carl Diedrich and his sons designed and built their first roaster in the 1970s. Steven Diedrich was inspired to build and sell high-quality roasters that would empower roast masters to hone their craft and bring out the potential in every bean.

That inspiration continues today under new leadership with a contemporary, state-of-the-art facility bringing quality standards in engineering and handcrafted roasters to meet your specific needs.
